Regular Pilates classes have different levels of beginner, intermediate and advanced but large classes are constructed in a “one size fits all” sort of way. This is fine, if your main goal is to become fit or advance your knowledge of Pilates then large classes may be the way to go. However, people have different fitness goals and 1 on 1 Pilates is here to help you reach them.
